Swimming PoolRULES & REGULATIONS
Calcutta Club swimming pool is one of the best indoor swimming pools in the City. It is a rectangular shaped, inside, under a roof, and insulated by four walls at the First Floor of the Swimming Pool building of the Club. Changing rooms are situated at the ground floor with other facilities required for a swimming pool.It is built for swimming or training throughout the year, especially in cold climates. The temperature of the water is controlled. However, it remains closed for few days in Winter.

07 am to 10 AM & 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM
FOR PANDEMIC SITUATION SWIMMING POOL WILL REMAIN OPEN FROM 2 PM- 9PM TILL FURTHE NOTICE.
Rules & Regulations:
The swimming pool is generally for the Members, their Spouses, children and grandchildren. Different slots are maintained to cater maximum members. Only the respective group will be permitted to use swimming pool as mentioned in the “Time Table for Swimming Pool”.
Separate charges are applicable for use of Swimming Pool;
Members must show their Membership card before using the pool for identification and billing purpose;
No cash payment is allowed for Swimming pool use;
For Members of the Club the charges will be debited in their account as per actual usage which will be included in their regular Monthly Invoices;
Reciprocal Members may use the swimming pool and they would be charged against their Calcutta Club Pre-Paid Card. For a Pre-paid card Reciprocal members may contact reception of the Club.
All swimming pool users must take a shower before entering in to the pool.
Swimming costume is mandatory for swimming;
Any guest of the member must be accompanied by the member, in absence of which the guest will not be allowed to use the swimming pool or stay in the premises;
Eating, Drinking, smoking, chewing Pan, Gutkha, Khainiare not allowed while any person entered in the swimming pool.
Entering into the pool, intoxicated is strictly prohibited. This will be treated as serious violation of rules and will attract appropriate disciplinary action.
Entering in to the pool with shoes/sandals or any other footwear is strictly prohibited.
Children of any Member must be accompanied by any of their parent or a person authorized by them.
While anybody in the pool or beside any place of the pool, he/she must obey the life guard in duty. Any complaint from the lifeguard about any person will be adhered strictly and may attract disciplinary action.
Trainee Swimmers are allowed to be only within the restricted area of the pool, as would be advised by the trainers.
Trainee Swimmers are allowed to enter in to the pool only at the presence of the trainer.
